Some people take life’s lemons and make lemonade. Busy Beaver and Floyd Hayes take comically mangled spam e-mail subject lines and turn them into Seksi Spam Buttons!
You can thank the person who coined the term “guerilla marketing” for this project that donates money to health charity Seicus. You might also remember Floyd from Twipple, which spreads kindness through Twitter.

Lovely piece, thanks Alex.
I have to say, I didn’t coin the term ‘Guerrilla Marketing’, that credit goes to the Author of Guerrilla Marketing Handbook (1984) by jay Conrad Levinson. Who I respect greatly.
He’s often called the Father of Guerrilla Marketing.
I call myself the Monkey’s Uncle of Guerrilla Marketing
“An original partner at Cunning Communications, London’s seminal creative consultancy, Floyd developed the boldest communication statements of the 90s. His involvement in the Gail Porter stunt for FHM reached 40 million Britons and was worth countless millions in free publicity, defined the term “guerrilla marketing.”
*cough* should read “helped” – I’ll sort that out next week
*heads off to the pub*
Can I come too? TGIF!
